By creating an account, you accept Renavia Barre Lab terms and conditions.

Bookings, cancellations and no show

Bookings may be made up to one hour before class starts, as long as mats and spots are available. Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance; otherwise, the class will be deducted from the package or membership with no replacement. For unlimited memberships, each client has 3 allowed late cancellations/no shows. If the client books and does not attend more than 3 times, a one-week booking penalty will apply starting from the last no show. Renavia Barre Lab may cancel a package, class or access for any client who represents a threat to the studio or other clients, shows violent behavior, or arrives under the influence of illegal substances and/or alcohol.

Admission

Renavia Barre Lab reserves the right of admission.

Grace period

The grace period to enter class is 10 minutes. This is for your safety, since the first 10 minutes are used for warm-up and we want to prevent injuries.

Medical conditions

The client assumes full responsibility in case of accident, injury or any medical condition. If there is discomfort, illness or any medical concern, please consult your doctor and confirm that you can safely practice this discipline.

Coaches

All our coaches are certified to teach this discipline.

Refunds

There are no refunds. Please follow the cancellation policies.

Security cameras

Security cameras will be recording exclusively for the studio’s own safety and security purposes.

Marketing with photos and videos

During class, before class or after class, videos and photos may be taken for content creation and studio advertising. Under this policy, our clients are protected because their face will not appear. The coach or marketing team will personally ask whether the user wants to be part of a video or photo, with no obligation.

Payment and invoicing

Packages may only be purchased through the website. Invoices may only be requested within the same month in which the class or package was purchased.
